These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Carvi mobile application (“App”), operated by Vitali Usau, registered in Poland (“we”, “us”, or “our”).By downloading, accessing, or using Carvi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Carvi is a mobile application that connects to a vehicle via a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter and provides diagnostic information, including:
• Reading and clearing diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
• Displaying vehicle system data
• Providing simplified explanations of vehicle issues
• Storing scan history
• Offering general recommendations related to vehicle diagnostics

CARVI IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSTIC TOOL. The App is provided for informational purposes only.
• It does not replace professional mechanical inspection, diagnosis, or repair services.
• Any recommendations, explanations, or interpretations are general guidance only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
You acknowledge that:
• Vehicle diagnostics depend on many factors beyond the App’s control.
• Data provided by your vehicle may be limited or incorrect.
Y• ou are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the App.
3. VEHICLE & SAFETY DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, its systems, or components.
• We are not responsible for misuse of OBD2 adapters or incorrect handling of diagnostic tools.
• You must not use the App while driving or in any unsafe manner.
• You use the App entirely at your own risk.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Contain false information
Violate these Terms
Are used for abusive or fraudulent purposes
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Carvi operates on a subscription basis.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Payments are processed by Apple, not by us directly
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple account settings.
We are not responsible for:
• Billing errors made by Apple
• Refund decisions handled by Apple
7. DATA & PRIVACY
We collect and process:
• Personal data (e.g., email, name, account details, device ID)
• Vehicle data (e.g., VIN, diagnostics, scan history)
• Location data

By using the App, you agree to such data collection and processing.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights in the App, including but not limited to:
• Software
• Design
• Content
• Branding
are owned by Vitali Usau or licensed to us.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use only.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
9. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
• Use the App in any unlawful way
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.
11. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The App relies on:
• Bluetooth OBD2 adapters
• Vehicle systems and onboard data
• Apple App Store infrastructure
We are not responsible for:
• Third-party hardware compatibility
• Adapter malfunctions
• Vehicle data accuracy
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the App will:
• Be uninterrupted or error-free
• Work with all vehicles or adapters
• Always provide accurate results
Features may vary depending on:
• Vehicle make/model/year
• Adapter quality
• Device compatibility
13. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses risk or harm
• Required by law
You may stop using the App at any time.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS

Continued use after changes means acceptance.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
